As they saying goes, good things takes time. I am really excited to share with all the wedding enthusiasts, planners, brides and groom to be.  One of the shoot that I had the pleasure to work on is finally making its debut today at Style Me Pretty blog. I mean this is possibly one of the most, if not THE most exciting things to have happened since I started this business. Style Me Pretty, need no introduction, its the "mother blog" for wedding insipirations.

Last year July, Bryan of Beautiful Gatherings contacted me for a style shoot.  Well of course as I have always enjoyed doing style shoots as it allows me to push the envelope ( no pun since we are in the stationery business ) and show case different type of work. So with little under 2 weeks, I managed to put together the design and got the sample ready for the shoot.

This was the initital draft, the colour of the menus and place cards was more towards the orange family.

Moving forward a month later where we saw the final shots,  I bounced the idea to Bryan of submitting the entire shoot to Style Me Pretty as it was "SMP worthy" ( without sounding across as blowing our trumphets), we were indeed blessed as we received a confirmation of acceptance a couple of days later after our submission.

So anyway, here are some highlights of the "Tropical Fruits Faire" style shoot , head over to Style Me Pretty for the full blog.

Alone we can do little, Together we can do much. Thank you Bryan for having me to be part of this shoot.

We have been continually blessed with the many opportunities that Her World Brides has provided for the year 2014. Regardless of the size of articles, the kind magazine has granted us exposure issue after issue. So, here is the latest issue of Her World Brides, we are once again honored to be part of the editorial feature.

This issue is a prelude to Spring / Summer weddings celebration. A garden celebration where couples celebrate their marital bliss is a casual, fun and memorable way. Taking the fun elements, we created a teaser Save the Date using a lunch bag to contain napkins and disposable cutlery as part of the pack to indicate the forthcoming invitation and event theme.  The invitation, we like an oversize format which will then be folded to fit in envelope with matching address label.

For the day of stationery, we created menu cards and leaf shape place card that can be pinned onto a fruit, something the guests can take home with. The leaf place card template can be downloaded here. You can use a white gel pen or silver or gold marker to write the guests’ name.

To add to the fun, we have also done questionnaires where guests can share their well wishes and thoughts to the couples.
